In 1959, brothers Tony & Nick Anassis established a single fronted retail outlet next to the train line in Church Street Richmond. Whilst one brother shucked oysters and filleted fish f or sale to local residents, the other established relationships with pub s and restaurants in and around Melbourne through door-to-door promotion of their wares.
From this humble beginning our small family business has gr own to be one of the most respected sea food establishments in Melbourne. Today, Richmond Oysters retains its iconic heritage, continuing to operate from our original location. Our wholesale operations are complemented by our retail sea food display, take-away fish ’n’ chips and a world class restaurant dining experience.
In2food was created through the merging of seven long established businesses in the fresh and prepared food categories.

That’s Amore Cheese is a fine Italian-style cheese producer and leader in the Dairy Industry in Australia. The company’s founder and cheese maker Giorgio Linguanti were the first to introduce some iconic cheeses into the Australian market. Our Artisan cheeses are 100% natural, preservative free and handmade following traditional Italian recipes, using only locally sourced milk.

We are coffee roasters. We love what we do. Not just finding and roasting beans, but bringing people great coffee experiences.
Our approach to specialty coffee is different. We see beyond coffee culture and see coffee as a part of culture. We continue to explore different mediums that bridge the grower to the consumer to deliver the specialty coffee message.
Since 2002 DC has been committed to roasting specialty coffee. We don’t see this as a point of difference. We see this as a non-negotiable and it’s an attitude that is ingrained in all of our staff.

Tree Top Juices was established in 2009 in Thomastown, Victoria, Australia. Our most popular product is our mango range which is manufactured in our factory in Thomastown from Queensland grown mangos.
Peter Cristofoli is the owner of Tree Top Juices and is very passionate about the industry and supporting Australian farmers. Peter is often traveling to Queensland to source the highest quality products before having them shipped down to Victoria which ensures that you get a top quality product.
From the first gelato cart invented in Varese in Italy in the 1920s, gelato has been a way of life for all Italians. A ritual that we love sharing with the people of Melbourne.
Our founder, Mark Mariotti lived for a time in Tuscany in order to learn and perfect the craft of gelato making. It was under that Tuscan sunshine that he was lucky enough to be apprentice to one of the country’s most famous artisans Gelateria Eugenio in Marina Di Massa.
Mark returned to Melbourne with a love of his craft and a mind full of fond memories of living and breathing the Tuscan approach to life. One of his favourites places in Tuscany was a nightclub called Seven Apples and when he found our first gelateria site on Acland Street he noticed the ‘seven red apples’ lining the street’s mosaic tiles, and so the name 7apples was born.
Since then we’ve grown and have been able to spread the gelato love further afield, but we've always retained the Italian paddock to plate philosophy and only use fresh seasonal produce straight from the markets to create our handcrafted range of gelati and sorbets daily.
Trattoria Emilia is located in the heart of Melbourne CBD. It is renowned for serving exceptional Italian food. All three owners are from Modena so they bring to you a collection of typically inspired and traditional dishes from the region of Emilia Romagna. An area famous for producing parmesan, balsamic, prosciutto, ragu’ bolognese and tagliatelle, to name a few. Here we share with you some of our classic favourites, made by hand, using only the finest produce and free-range meats and eggs for you to enjoy in your own home.

The Cripps Family have a long and colourful history of fishing and have been fishing in the small remote village of Port Franklin since 1874. Today the Cripps Family are the 4th generation of fishermen and continue to fish the waters in and around Wilson’s Prom and Bass Straight as their ancestors did before them.
You can expect the freshest product, straight from our farm and boat. The product is fresh cut Friday morning and cryovac packed every Friday.

I’m a passionate florist with one dream: to bring beautiful blooms to the people. I’ve always thought outside the box, so what better way to do this than a mobile florist shop on wheels where WE come to YOU?
After working in the corporate world of advertising and graphic design in a previous life, I dedicated myself towards a career change in Floristry. After completing my floristry degree, I never looked back. As a budding florist, I gained much-needed experience working with and for other florists where I learned so much. After starting a young family some years later, it was only natural that I decided to take the plunge into self-employment. This has allowed me the flexibility and creativity that I craved. And so, Petal Pop was born.
