TRACKSIDE STYLE TIPS

Heading to the to the Grand Prix and don’t know what to wear? The F1 isn’t just about the fast cars—it’s also a chance to look slay whilst staying comfy all day long. Check out our tips for what to wear to race day at Albert Park.

  1. Think casual meets cool. Channel your inner F1 fan and throw on some team merch—whether you’re supporting Ferrari, Mercedes, Red Bull, or McLaren. Keep things chic by mixing these pieces with elegant separates: a baseball cap with a linen set, for example, or a team T-shirt tucked into crisp denim.

  1. Don’t have any merch? Channel the colours of your favourite team, pops of red or blue with a neutral base to show your support and get into the vibe.

  1. Expect to be on your feet a lot, so make sure your footwear is comfortable. Go for a pair of stylish sneakers that can take you from the track to the afterparty without missing a step.

  1. If you’re heading to more than one day, build your wardrobe up to the Sunday. The first day of F1 is a practice session, which calls for casual attire. Wearing a fitted tee with some high waisted jeans and boots is a great practice day look. On qualifying day, go for a look that’s a touch dressier, mixing it up with maxi skirts or sundresses.
