A Feast for the Senses

Embracing our theme of “Bad Manners: Lamb Too Tasty for Table Etiquette,” the event kicked off with an array of delicious canapés, accompanied by a refreshing salad to whet the appetite. The energy was electric as guests ventured station by station, indulging in a variety of lamb dishes that showcased the culinary artistry of the day—no forks required!

Guests watched in awe as the chef carved the succulent meat live, delivering a smoky and tender experience that left everyone craving more. It was a true hands-on feast that encouraged everyone to dig in without hesitation.

Lamb Leg Paella

Next up was the Lamb Leg Paella, cooked in a giant pan right before their eyes. The enticing aroma of Poblano peppers, smoked pimento, saffron, peas, and lamb chorizo filled the air, making it impossible to resist. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavour that transported everyone to the heart of Spain, all while embracing the carefree spirit of the event.

Yakitori BBQ Lamb Skewers

At the Yakitori BBQ Lamb Skewers station, guests enjoyed grilled lamb skewers dusted with Togarashi spice, delivering a bold flavour punch that tantalised their taste buds. The live grilling added a fun and interactive element, inviting guests to engage with the chefs and fully immerse themselves in the experience.

Hickory Smoked Lamb Ribs

Slow-smoked for hours, the Hickory Smoked Lamb Ribs were another standout dish. Served fresh off the grill, the ribs boasted a deep, rich hickory flavour that left guests raving about the melt-in-your-mouth experience. Forks were optional, as everyone relished the messy indulgence.

Sip and Savour: St Hallett Wine Tasting

While guests savoured the delectable lamb dishes, they were treated to a St Hallett Wine Tasting led by Stacy, a knowledgeable wine expert. Attendees sampled exquisite Shiraz and more, learning about the intricacies of each wine and how it complemented the lamb, all while embracing the event’s playful disregard for traditional dining etiquette.

Meet Our Chefs

A unique feature of the event was the opportunity to meet our talented chefs.
