Introducing the Hero Dining Series by Left Bank Melbourne, where we transport you to a world of wonder and culinary delights. Join us throughout the year as we showcase the best of regional Victoria and create an immersive dining experience by transforming our venue into a paradise for all food lovers.
We have previously hosted two sell-out events as part of our Hero Dining Series, bringing a new element to South Banks promenade.
STRAWBERRY FIELDS FOREVER
Strawberry Fields Forever kicked off this series with a bang, attracting a packed venue of strawberry-loving customers to Left Bank Melbourne. It was our first event in this series and an absolute paradise for strawberry lovers. The venue was transformed to showcase the finest quality strawberries from Victorian Strawberry, allowing guests to pick their own berries and dip them into a luscious chocolate fountain. Our head chef crafted a delectable three-course strawberry dedicated menu, perfectly paired with scrumptious cocktails. Plus, guests took home a special goody bag, making it an unforgettable experience.

INTO THE WOODS TRUFFLE FESTIVAL
What a wonderful day it was at Left Bank Melbourne on Sunday 16th July 2023 at our very own Into the Woods Truffle Festival!
If you didn't quite make it, here's a recap of the delicious day we had!
Our terrace was transformed into a truffle lovers paradise with loads of truffle-infused products to try from our wonderful suppliers (That's Amore Cheese, Salumi Australia, Great Southern Truffles and Vino Bambino) and of course, a cocktail on arrival to start the event off in the best way possible. Plus the opportunity to dig into our Truffle dedicated games including guessing the weight of our truffle and trying to find our hidden truffle on our truffle hunt!
DID WE MENTION WE HAD LIVE TRUFFLE HUNTING DOGS?!
Meet the most paw-fect team from Brimfeldt Australian Shepherds. The doggy-duo; Forrest and Comet searched through our venue to find our hidden truffles and showed us exactly how talented they are! Safe to say they received lots of pats and treats for their great efforts.
Our wonderful Chef created a truffle dedicated 3 course menu paired with beautiful wines, from our friends at Vino Bambino that truly provided the perfect pairings for all our dishes. Our guests left with a goodie bag filled with lots of truffle filled products to take and a bottle of wine to take home as well.

CHOCOLATE FESTIVAL
Left Bank Melbourne's Chocolate Festival was held on Sunday, October 22nd, from 12pm to 3pm. Guests arrived and stepped into our chocolate lover's paradise, where we delved into the enchanting realm of chocolate. With a delectable three-course chocolate-focused menu, a zeppole station, a tempting chocolate fountain, and much more, there was something for everyone.
