Payment Details:
100% payment is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made prior to the function/event to secure your registration. All events are priced in Australian dollars and include GST.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel your registration to this event at anytime, NO ticket costs will be refunded. Non-attendance of any event due to illness, or for personal or professional reasons does not provide the right to refunds, or a transfer to another event.
Booking Delays:
Reserved tables will only be held for 15 mins past the original booking time and if the table is not claimed within this period, it will be given away.
Restaurant Policy:
Left Bank Melbourne exercises responsible service of alcohol. Left Bank Melbourne does not take responsibility for any personal items that are damaged or lost. Final drinks must be ordered 20min before the end of your session.

Guests under 18 are welcome to visit our premises when accompanied by a responsible adult, like a parent, step-parent, guardian, grandparent, or an 18+ spouse.
While we celebrate the presence of all our guests, we serve alcoholic beverages exclusively to those over the legal age of 18, contributing to a safe and pleasurable dining experience for all.
Any patrons under the age of 18 must be easily identifiable by all our staff. To this end the underage patrons will be requested to wear a wrist band at all times whilst in the venue.
There are no circumstances where underage patrons can consume alcohol on the licensed premises. Police Statutory Fines of up to $20,000 may apply.
Cakes:
You are welcome to bring one celebration cake per booking/event. Please ensure it is clearly labelled with the booking name and any specific storage instructions. We charge a cakeage fee of $7 per person. This charge is to cover the storage, handling, cutting, plating and serving of your cake to your guests. This is due to OHS requirements.
Dietary Requirements:
We cater to all dietary requirements including vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, nut allergies, lactose intolerance etc. Please advise of any specific requirements upon booking to ensure we have suitable options available for you. We will have one of our staff members talk you through your options when you arrive.
Dress Code:
Customers are required to dress in smart clothing and remain clean, neat, and tidy at all times while in our venue. However, there are few things to keep in mind: collared shirts are required. Thongs, trainers, ripped denim or beachwear are not allowed.
Management reserves the right to refuse entry if our dress code is not adhered to, or your attire or attitude is deemed inappropriate.
The following dress is considered unacceptable:
• Active or sporting attire of any kind or brand
• Ripped, torn or soiled clothing
• T-shirts with offensive design/words
• Camouflage clothing
• Work singlets or work tank tops
• Manual work clothing or boots (including all steel cap boots)
• Unclean, untidy or torn footwear
• Ugg boots, rubber gum boots
