CHEERS TO THE DIGGER'S DAUGHTERS! While the brave men were fighting overseas, it was mainly the women who held the fort at home. They took on roles traditionally reserved for men, working in factories, farms, and hospitals, all while managing households and caring for families. Anzac biscuits, a symbol of wartime resilience and ingenuity, were created by women back then. These hearty, nourishing treats were sent to soldiers on the front lines, providing a taste of home and a reminder of the love and support waiting for them. Step back in time to the days of resilience, sacrifice, and unwavering courage.
