Spring Racing 2025 brought an incredible energy to Left Bank Melbourne. Across the Carnival, guests filled the venue with vibrant style, celebratory spirit and the unmistakable buzz that comes with one of Melbourne’s favourite annual traditions.
As always, Southbank was the perfect backdrop, sunshine, river views and a venue buzzing from lunch through to early evening. Whether you joined us for our evens gathered afterwards for a relaxed meal, we’re grateful you chose to celebrate with us.

Fashion stylists Bianca Rose and Kiana Stanley were the ultimate style guides for Oaks and Cup days. They picked our Best Dressed finalists, shared style tips, and kept the energy flowing, making the week fun, fashionable, and full of personality.

The Beauty Bar was a standout this year, giving guests the chance to get race-ready with expert touch-ups and seasonal colour tips from Sumaya at Klas Cosmetics. It added an extra layer of glamour to Oaks and Cup days, helping everyone feel confident and camera-ready while enjoying the festive atmosphere.

With the river sparkling and Southbank buzzing, Spring Racing 2025 at Left Bank was all about good vibes, great style, and a touch of glamour. Guests soaked up the sunshine, admired the stylish crowds, and toasted to the week with our iconic champagne tower, a sparkling centrepiece that kept the energy flowing from arrival to departure. It was a week full of laughter, style, and unforgettable moments by the river.
Photobooth Fun
Our photobooth was a hub of fun, capturing playful and stylish snapshots of guests throughout the week. It offered keepsakes for groups and individuals alike, adding a lighthearted touch to the sophisticated atmosphere and giving everyone something to remember their day by.

HIGHLIGHTS
Our seasonal spring menu was a hit throughout the Carnival, packed with fresh flavours, beautifully presented dishes, and thoughtful pairings. Guests enjoyed everything from pre-race lunches to early-evening bites, perfectly complemented by Moët & Chandon, premium wines, and craft beers flowing throughout the week. The combination of great food, stylish surroundings, and sparkling drinks made every moment at Left Bank feel like a celebration.
