If last Christmas was spent fighting over the last bits of Christmas ham, an endless stream of dad jokes, and overall underwhelming... you might be looking for another option.
This is where Friend-mas comes in… think sipping away at cocktails, sharing laughs, fun stories, and delicious food to accompany. What better excuse than to get your favourite people together to celebrate. Here are a few tips to help you host a successful Friend-mas this year.
Step 1: Partners in crime
You’re going to need your besties for this one. Try to organise this from as early as possible as we know it’s almost impossible to link up your schedules. You want this to be enough people to be a party but not too many, so you can speak to everyone. Think 5-10 of your nearest and dearest.
Step 2: Location means everything
You don’t want this to be a dull party so make sure you choose somewhere fun and unique. Now if you're living in Melbourne, don't rely on the weather for a cute picnic celebration, head somewhere that has good vibes no matter the weather. What better place than Left Bank Melbourne where you can take in the breath-taking views of the Yarra River while sipping away at festive cocktails.
Step 3: Relax and enjoy
There’s nothing worse than rushing around the kitchen to make everything look great and accidentally burning the main dish of the day. Leave this to the professionals (aka.
