Ever wondered what beverages you can pair with oysters?

Naturally, at the top of our list is wines, including bubbly and white wines.
But what if we told you there are also quite a few cocktails that make a match made in heaven when it comes to this dish?

Prosecco

Oysters are commonly accompanied by prosecco, it pairs well with most seafood and oysters are no exception. We recommend pairing this with our very own Italian sip ‘Da Luca Prosecco’, a delicious combination. Not to mention it’s only $6 during our Happy Hour!

Rose

We also recommend pairing our oysters with ‘Days of Rose’, a match made in heaven! Especially on a hot summer's day, this combination makes perfect sense. Especially when you have this during our Happy Hour for only $6!

Now onto the fun part, many people wouldn’t be expecting, we know that wines are the typical choice but we just can’t ignore how good a cocktail can be. Surprisingly, there are quite a few cocktails that can pair beautifully with our fresh oysters. We recommend giving these a try next time.

Daiquiris are a great summer sip, yet if you pair these with oysters the sugary flavours help balance out the saltiness creating an amazing combination you just can’t beat.

Lastly a Bloody Mary also pairs well with oysters to help balance out the saltiness and creates a flavour explosion.
