Ohhh summer, the only season of the year where it's technically acceptable to go out for every meal of the day – which we love! But what we don’t love is having menu anxiety when it comes to deciding what to order from the menu. We feel you when you say it’s always hard to choose between a great-sounding pizza and a delicious serving of our saltbush lamb ribs and we don’t blame you one bit. Our top picks for the summer have a little something for everyone.
Prawn spaghettini – There’s nothing better than digging into a tasty serve of pasta during summer, there is something about it that transports us to a romantic Italian summer on the Amalfi Coast. This dish is the perfect pick for summer, it’s tossed through a selection of seafood, and to finish, a light olive oil dressing.
Burrata & fig salad – Nothing is better than that feeling of cutting into the cheesy goodness of a burrata. The fig salad combines beautifully with this one, a perfect choice for a hot summer’s day.
